MEET THE TEAM

The HHMI Leadership Team is comprised of staff, faculty and administrators with a vested interest in equity and Oberlin STEM. The team oversees the development and execution of all HHMI initiatives and funds at Oberlin.

Each semester, the HHMI Leadership Team hires a group of dedicated student leaders with experience in STEM at Oberlin. The Student Leadership Committee is tasked with serving as liaisons between the HHMI efforts and the broader Oberlin student body.

The Lemle Fellows DEI working group is comprised of faculty from across STEM departments and aims to develop and implement initiatives to address barriers to equity and inclusion beyond the boundaries of individual departments.
